Terms of Agreement

By creating an account or posting a listing, you agree to the following.

1. Purpose. This service connects Catholics with high-quality, self-sufficient roommates. Post only if you are financially stable and have a clear plan to pay your rent.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a lease or rental agreement.
3. Accuracy. All information you provide must be truthful, current, and represent only yourself.
4. Financial capacity. You must be gainfully employed or enrolled in education and able to afford your own living expenses without relying on a roommate to cover your share.
5. Individuals only. Listings may be posted by individuals only. Agents, brokers, or anyone posting on behalf of others are prohibited, and such listings will be removed immediately.
6. Respectful conduct. Use this platform only to find a roommate. Harassment, spam, solicitation, illegal activity, and misuse of other members' contact information are prohibited and may result in removal.
7. Money and safety. We never collect, hold, or transfer rent, deposits, or any funds. Never send money or a deposit to anyone before meeting them and verifying the arrangement — treat any such request as a warning sign.
8. Getting to know one another. Meeting people online carries risk. Before committing to live with someone, we recommend at least one phone call and two video calls to determine whether you would be a good fit. Meet in a public place when possible.
9. Reporting. Please flag any concerning or suspicious listing so our moderators can review it. If, after speaking with someone, you believe they should be removed, report their listing.
10. Your privacy. To operate the site we collect the information you provide (such as your email and listing details) and limited technical data. We use it only to run the service and connect members, and we do not sell it. Details you include in a listing are visible to other members. See our Privacy Policy for details.
11. Limitation of liability. This platform is a resource for Catholics to find one another. We do not verify or vet users and are not responsible for members' conduct, the accuracy of listings, or the outcome of any arrangement. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and you use it at your own risk.
12. Account removal and changes. We may remove any listing or account, and may update these terms, at our discretion. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
